cbs2.com reports: Marilyn Manson — sued for millions by a former band mate who maintains the offbeat singer spent money belonging to the band partnership on extravagant acquisitions — says he is the sole decision-maker when it comes to the group's money.

Manson makes the assertions in a five-page declaration included in
hundreds of pages of documents his lawyers filed Friday in connection with an Oct. 3 motion to dismiss ex-band keyboardist Stephen Bier's lawsuit on grounds there are no triable issues.

Central to the litigation is whether steps were ever taken to dissolve the band partnership. Manson maintains it ended 12 years ago, and Bier was an employee after that.

This exhibition, which runs from May 24 to June 29, is a photographic journey through the contemporary rock, hip-hop and rap scene that documents the larger-than-life legends that comprise the visual album of today's music.

Travis Shinn has shot covers, editorial and fashion for such magazines as Scratch, Alternative Press, Rides, Blender, Stuff, Guitar World and King. He also created the artwork for TOOL's Grammy-winning album "10,000 Days".

Born in the brooding Southern California desert, Travis Shinn's photographic career began when he photographed the Grand Canyon with his first camera at the tender age of six. In between stealing his parents' cars and the occasional stint in juvie, where he had his finger in fame by thirteen, Travis learned photography from his stepmother, who was the editor of Photographic magazine. He studied photography and painting at the Los Angeles High School for the Arts and the San Francisco Art Institute. Reports that dueling lawsuits between Marilyn Manson and an ex-bandmate could be headed back to the deposition table.

Lawyers for former Manson keyboardist Stephen Bier maintain the singer would not answer inquires about his alleged use of illegal drugs and whether he made racist comments in a deposition last month.

But attorneys for Manson contend that during his deposition, Bier refused to answer questions about his own alleged drug use and whether he was ever too impaired to perform on stage.

Attorneys for both men told their clients not to respond to the questions to protect their privacy.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael L. Stern is scheduled to hold hearings June 19 and July 1 on the separate motions to compel the additional deposition answers.

CAMP FREDDY's final sold-out show of their month-long May residency at The Roxy in West Hollywood culminated Thursday night (May 29) with a special appearance by Billy Idol. Idol, guitarist Steve Stevens and drummer Brian Tichy treated the packed house to a cover of THE DOORS' "L.A. Woman", also featuring THE DOORS' own Robbie Krieger on guitar along with CAMP FREDDY. The crowd went wild when Idol, Stevens, Tichy and CAMP FREDDY — Billy Morrison, Dave Navarro, Matt Sorum, Donovan Leitch and Chris Chaney — launched into Idol's classic hits "Dancing With Myself" and "Rebel Yell".

Another highlight of the night was a duet by Juliette Lewis and Leitch on X's "Los Angeles". In a surprise twist, while millions of "Lost" fans were at home watching the two-hour season finale of the hit show, Naveen Andrews ("Sayid" on the show) joined CAMP FREDDY onstage to play guitar on the SEX PISTOLS' "EMI". Andrews also joined in the all-star CAMP FREDDY finale of THE STOOGES' "I Wanna Be Your Dog", when Olympic gold medalist snowboarder Shawn White also came to the stage to lend his vocal pipes. The battle between Marilyn Manson and Ex-Keyboardist Stephen Bier aka. Madonna Wayne Gacy has yet to come to it's verdict after latest alligations from associated source reporting that Marilyn Manson can proceed with a breach-of-contract lawsuit against an ex-bandmate - Stephen Bier. The judge in Los Angeles on Thursday threw out one claim but ruled most of the suit can move forward to trial. Manson was not in court for the ruling. As Bier's lawyers unsuccessfully sought to have the countersuit dismissed on grounds that it was too vague.

In The Beginning:

In early August former keyboardist Stephen Bier filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles against Marilyn Manson that charge on counts that instead of paying Bier for his rightful proceedings, Manson squandered his band's earnings on his lavish lifestyle.

Bier accused the Manson and his "musketeers" (his business manager, lawyer and the band's manager) of assisting Manson "in filching millions of dollars the band made over the years."

According to an e-mail sent to the New York Post's Page Six that was approved by Bier's lawyer, Keith Fink; Manson promised Bier "partnership proceeds" from the band in 1993 - when then entitled Marilyn Manson & The Spooky Kids, instead splurging on "a multimillion-dollar home" , "a lavish wedding in Ireland which co-incite with the 7 carat-engagement ring to Dita von Teese" and collected Nazi artifacts and taxidermy which included "African masks made of human skin" and "the full skeleton of a 4-year-old Chinese girl". And later claims which dubbed Manson's "drug habits" and the production of his upcoming film, "Phantasmagoria: The Visions of Lewis Carroll".

When Bier asked for the "partnership proceeds," Manson "devised a campaign to drive Bier out of the band and rob him of his entitlement," the e-mail states. "Litigation will begin immediately."

Marilyn Manson Repeals:

Through MTV.com, Marilyn Manson then responded to the lawsuit filed by Stephen Bier — denying the allegations in an exclusive interview with MTV.com. "The fact that he's claiming that I've treated him unfairly, financially, is really ridiculous". "And I would never spend my money on a Chinese girl skeleton. That would be crossing the line. It's a Chinese boy, for the record," he laughed, before continuing. "Bier and his lawyers are going for the shock value, obviously, and I couldn't be less surprised by how unshocking these things would be to the public."

Manson, then noted that he have yet to see the suit, said he will defend himself against the allegations; he added that he hasn't heard from Bier in more than a year. He claimed he and others in the band attempted to contact the keyboardist to work on "Eat Me, Drink Me", but Bier did not respond.

"It's all a big question mark to me," Manson said. "I don't feel like this compares to any prior ex-bandmember situations, because those were all very clear conflicts, where somebody didn't get along with someone else. And this is just a situation where I stopped hearing from him, and I started making a record and kept trying to get him involved, and the only thing that came after that was hostility during a period where I could have used close friends more than ever."

"I wish there was some sort of legal angle to this whole thing, or some sort of common sense, or just even camaraderie after all the years that we knew each other," Manson added. "I don't have an explanation for it. It just seems like another ex-bandmember suing me and trying to assassinate my personality as a means to financial gain, and it just seems old. It's just not fair. If I spent my money on anything, it was my family, and paying his salary for a year when we weren't even touring."

Marilyn Manson then struck back against Bier by countersuing for breach-of-contract.
Claims in court papers filed that keyboardist Stephen Bier did not carry out obligations to take part in master recordings, concerts and the selling of band merchandise. The lawsuit claims the pair's business partnership was dissolved in 1996 after the singer became the clear leader of the band.

Manson is seeking unspecified general and special damages.

In March; Manson filed a motion requesting that all of his financial and business records be kept sealed during the discovery process pertaining to his ex-bandmate's pending lawsuit against him.

After making a career out of spectacle, shock value and other open displays of eccentricity, Marilyn Manson is now looking to cover up.

The heavy-metalist has filed a motion requesting that all of his financial and business records be kept sealed during the discovery process pertaining to his ex-band mate's pending lawsuit against him.

Former Marilyn Manson (the band) keyboardist Stephen Bier, aka Madonna Wayne Gacy, sued Manson for breach of contract in August, claiming the milky-eyed singer had used the group's money to, among other things, finance a drug habit, pay for his wedding to Dita Von Teese and decorate his Chatsworth, Calif., home with an array of oddities, including Nazi memorabilia and a human skeleton.

Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, countersued in December, accusing Bier of failing to meet contractual touring, recording and merchandising agreements. He's been collecting royalties, Manson says of his former ivory-tickler, but during his tenure with the band frequently showed up late and otherwise "failed to render services to the best of his ability and in a practical and cooperative manner."

Because Bier's allegations directly reference Manson's cash value, his attorney argues, he should be allowed an order of protection protecting the confidentiality of his records, akin to the order Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael L. Stern granted to Lindsay Lohan in her recent civil tangle with a bus boy who accused her of being drunk at the time of their 2005 car accident.
Stern, incidentally, is also the presiding judge in this case. A copy of the order granted on Lohan's behalf was included in the latest filing.

"A protective order is necessary to protect the confidentiality of that information against competitors and from the media and to preclude the plaintiff from using Manson's confidential information for improper purposes," the motion states.

Meanwhile, Bier's attorneys say "hogwash," citing Manson's well-known penchant for public displays of… whatever.

"Manson lives his life in the public eye," a filing opposing the defense's motion states. "He communicates frequently with the press regarding his personal affairs, openly discusses his frequent drug use, his failed marriage with burlesque model Dita Von Teese, his current relationship with actress Rachel Even Woods, and his wild, rock 'n' roll lifestyle."

He also drinks absinthe and openly discusses his friends' and band members' sexual proclivities, as well, Bier claims.

Stern heard arguments Wednesday but has yet to rule on the request.

If the order is granted as per Manson's specifications, Bier's lawyers will have access to the records but they would not be made part of the public record and his camp would not be allowed to show them to anyone else.

The order is necessary before the two sides can proceed with depositions, Manson's lawyer says. A hearing during which Bier's side is set to renew its petition to depose the "Beautiful People" rocker is scheduled for Apr. 10.

Hit Parader magazine also released an accumilative effort on the top 200 Hard Rock CDS you can't leave without. Which i manage to stumble upon the shelf of boarders to check out the listing. Antichrist Svperstar, Smells Like Children and Mechanical Animals made the cut. Even though I wounder why Portrait of An American Family isn't on the list. And I'm pretty much sure not many fans dating back to the spooky kids era would appreciate not seeing POAAF making one of it's quality cut. Considering it being a classic.

It was reportered from an interview and a very reliable source that Marilyn Manson is working on his Eat Me; Drink Me follow up. Which means a new era and new blasting hits. The seventh studio album by Marilyn Manson is set for recording following the band's north american leg 2008 tour, which ended on March 2008.

Initial plans were to record during march and may 2008 with Tim Skold, Slayer's Kerry King, the Yeah Yeah Yeah's Nick Zinner who previously remixed Putting Holes in Happiness for video game Guitar Hero 3. And James Iha of A Perfect Circle. The band recorded a demo of one song, along with written ideas for other potential tracks.

But these have change since Twiggy conceled the crack that Tim had to leave. And earlier speculations that Twiggy & Manson are in most definate to dring upon a new album together once the tour ends. Though he is yet to divulge any sonic or thematic details Manson has said that the four-year gap between the release of The Golden Age of Grotesque and it's successor was "a mistake I don't want to repeat in the future." Also, a major device in the reunion with the bassist was the desire of Manson and Ramirez to write music together again.

In earlier unrelease speculations with Steppin' Out, Manson described the new album as, "very ruthless, very heavy, and very violent."

Line-Up would consist of Marilyn Manson, Twiggy Ramirez and Ginger Fish. Programming and keyboardist Chris Vrenna & Guitar player Rob Holiday has yet to be confirm on the album track listing.

Teen killer: Luke Mitchell 'made to look sinister'.
Sinister imagery by rock star Marilyn Manson was used in order to "blacken" Luke Mitchell's character at his trial, according to his defence team.

Donald Findlay QC told the appeal court in Edinburgh that the US-based musician's violent imagery, shown to the jury, "amounted to nothing".

Mitchell is serving a minimum of 20 years after being convicted of murdering Jodi Jones on 30 June, 2003.

Similarities between Manson's artwork and Jodi's injuries were suggested.
At the trial in 2004, the jury was told that was Manson was fascinated with the 1947 murder of would-be Hollywood actress Elizabeth Short, known as the Black Dahlia.

Suggested influence
Imagery featuring her injuries appeared in the artwork of one of his CDs bought by Mitchell after the murder, it emerged at the trial.

In his summing up Allan Turnbull QC, prosecuting, suggested that Jodi's murder had been influenced by the unsolved Black Dahlia case, though the injuries she suffered did not exactly match those of the actress.

Donald Findlay QC said: "This was a deliberate and calculated attempt by a highly-experienced prosecutor to blacken the character of the young man, even in the knowledge that, evidentially, it amounted to nothing."

He claimed that there was no evidence that Mitchell had seen the images before the murder.

"It is clear the Crown tried to point to some connection between the injuries inflicted on Jodi and those found, at the time, on Elizabeth Short, who had been cut in two," he added.

"The truth is there were more differences than similarities."

"The danger in this case was that if there were impressed on the jury the notion of the sinister, then everything would be viewed as being sinister and that, in my submission, was a deliberate act on the part of the Crown."

Mr Findlay claims that there was not sufficient evidence to find Mitchell guilty beyond reasonable doubt.

The hearing is sitting before Lords Hamilton, Osborne and Kingarth and is set to continue for another week.

Marilyn Manson & Twiggy Ramirez have Reunited

Considering that rock music doesn’t really cause school shootings, shouldn’t we consider the possibility that Marilyn Manson actually has a positive influence on the youth of America?

His songs may be brooding and misanthropic. He may snub normalcy and, occasionally, make bad decisions. But someone has to remind disenchanted youngsters that their peers and authority figures don’t know everything.

Despite vilification from the religious right and well-documented personal and professional turmoil, he remains Marilyn Manson, and - getting on the phone during a break from tour rehearsals in Los Angeles - he doesn’t apologize for squat.

Manson arrives at the Orpheum tomorrow, reunited with bassist and significant collaborator Twiggy Ramirez who left the band in 2002. Apparently, Twiggy isn’t sorry, either.

Herald: So, Twiggy’s back?

Manson: He’s officially back. This is just the beginning. I think we’re going to start writing right away, with the attitude we’ve made music with in the past, without any care at all. For Marilyn Manson, it seems to have become about the death toll, because we get blamed for every act of violence. They don’t have a Grammy award for school shootings, but I guess I would get one if they did, whether I asked for one or not. It’s good to have my partner back, who was the only person able to stare all of that in the face and not be afraid of it. He and I are like brothers in that when we’re together, we’re not afraid of anything. I think that’s how we’ve made our best music.

Herald: How different a person are you without the makeup on - like when you go to the supermarket?

Manson: I never go to the supermarket. When I’m onstage, I’m putting all my personal feelings in front of strangers. I still have those feelings when I’m offstage, and that’s how I find myself as a person. Marilyn Manson is just semantics. It’s what I called myself a long time ago, but it doesn’t have to be about lipstick. I mean, that’s a part of it, and that’s what people often associate it with. But everyone understands what I do differently. That’s all I can be, is a question mark. I’m not the answer.

Herald: What’s the secret to freaking people out?

Manson: If it was a secret, I probably wouldn’t want to tell anyone. It’s the same reason I started the band. I felt like there wasn’t anything out there doing what I wanted it to be doing, so I had to do it. My last record (“Eat Me, Drink Me”) was me saving myself from not being Marilyn Manson anymore. That record has helped me get back to where I was, so it couldn’t be a better time for me and Twiggy to get back together. Now I have to make music that everyone else is afraid to make, and not care what anybody thinks. When you do that, it ends up being something honest. You can’t fake that, so I’ve never tried. But there are a lot of people who do. I think that’s the difference. I’m comprised of a fake name. It’s a lie on top of a lie, but that’s more honest than anything, because I’m the one admitting it.

Herald: How do you keep those contact lenses from damaging your eyes?

Manson: I’m numb to pain at this point. Nothing’s going to hurt me. I should be blind. I really shouldn’t have a liver. Technically, I shouldn’t even have sex organs. But I’ve survived it all. I don’t know what’s next. Cutting my face off might be the next step.

Herald: Is that a dietary thing?

Manson: I’ve made my body a place where germs are afraid to live. That’s my diet.

Interview With Your Vampire: Marilyn Manson

Having reunited with longtime bass player Twiggy Ramirez, a rejuvenated Manson talks to The Miami Herald about returning to South Florida to rock the Fillmore Miami Beach at the Jackie Gleason Theater for the band's Rape of the World tour.

Q. When you were in high school, did you have big artistic hopes? Or did the Marilyn Manson vision evolve more slowly?

A. It started in Miami. I was writing for a magazine called 25th Parallel -- I was 17 and lied my way into the job. I dropped out of Broward Community College after two weeks of studying journalism because I really wanted to be near music. After interviewing a lot of important people at the time, I felt like the answers I was given weren't enough and I had to make what I wanted.
It took a while to find the person who was really gonna go all the way with me, the person who was not afraid to hit rock bottom, and it was Twiggy. We both eventually ended up going our separate ways, but when we saw each other again recently, we both knew: We can't do it as well separately.

Q. How will having Twiggy back affect you creatively?

A. It's gonna make my life in one part a whole lot better and also a whole lot worse. The combination of us as friends is nothing but trouble.

Q. How will your show at the Fillmore differ from your July show at Sound Advice Amphitheater?

A. It's gonna be a lot more brutal and have older songs and have a whole different energy. When Twiggy and I are onstage together it's hard to keep us from cutting our faces off and jumping into the crowd.

Q. What brought you to South Florida originally?

A. My parents moved there -- it inspired me to make the type of music and have the type of personality I ended up having. All the sunshine and tourism and being the happiest place on Earth could do nothing but create Marilyn Manson. 'Let's see if we can make the most evil person possible. Sprinkle in some drugs and some anger, knives, naked women and fire and tell him everybody wants to kill him and see what he does, and you make the `Antichrist Superstar.' ''
Q. You've turned ugliness and horror into an art form that some say is actually beautiful. Is this some sort of comment on mainstream values?

A. It is, and it's also probably the way someone who isn't accepted conventionally deals with it. I didn't feel like I could fit in as the ''handsome guy'' or the ''cool guy'' or the status quo. And instead of putting those feelings of isolation into something violent, I put it into music.

Q. Are you anywhere near as nihilistic as your persona?

A. I think people have always misinterpreted my self-destructive nature as nihilistic, because if you don't care about the world, you can't create art. I am misanthropic and self-loathing, but never nihilistic. And I think I act far worse off-stage than onstage.

Q. How often are you in character, dressed up like Marilyn Manson? Are you in makeup when you're just sitting on the couch watching TV?

A. I am a character, so that's the problem. There are many, many levels to how I behave. Some people might associate being Marilyn Manson as having lipstick on, but I don't really have some sort of other lifestyle. Sometimes I don't have the energy to put on clothes or even change my underwear. But there's a difference between being on- or off-stage that's not the same thing as being Marilyn Manson. I can't turn off the way I think, and that's essentially who I am, who anybody is.

Q. You're commonly labeled as evil and a bad influence on America. But those who say so seem to miss the irony of many of your so-called shocking statements.

A. It's always been a part of the big picture. Marilyn Manson has always been intended to confuse some, anger some and make some people feel at home. There's no way to misunderstand what I do -- but everyone can understand it differently. That's the only way I've learned to embrace art -- it has to be a question mark, not an answer.

Q. You've done notable covers -- including Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This) and Tainted Love. What other songs would you love to put your own stamp on?

A. Nothing at this point. In fact, on this tour, we've avoided it. I wouldn't want to cover anything else now -- except myself and the world in blood.

Q. Who are some musicians you love that have nothing to do with industrial or aggro-rock?

A. I listen to Bowie, PJ Harvey, Prince, Jeff Buckley, Cat Stevens, Slayer, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs -- I'm into stuff that has a darker sense of romance to it.

Q. Does all the tabloid attention surrounding your relationship with Evan Rachel Wood bother you?

A. It doesn't bother me. It would bother me if it had a damaging effect on Evan's career, and I told her from the beginning her talent outshines anything I can ever do to tarnish it. And there's nothing more you can say about me that hasn't been said: I lived through Columbine. Bring it on.

Q. You've said that the relationship drama influenced your writing on Eat Me Drink Me. What does the title mean to you?

A. At the time, what was going through my head was . . . me being confused about the idea that I was a product being consumed, and that romance is total consumption. That is what romance should be, being completely consumed by something. You see that with vampire mythology, communion, Christ, and it's part of man's makeup -- it's what we want. So it was a bad time, and it was a good time.

Q. You just turned 39 [on Jan. 5]. Are you feeling any age-related angst?

A. No, I stopped thinking about it. Once you start on some kind of roller coaster like this you forget a lot of things. And I feel the same way about a lot of things I did 15 years ago.

Q. Did you do anything exciting to celebrate?

A. Yeah. I had my closest friends with me -- but all the things I did that were exciting I can't mention til the statute of limitations passes.

With 'Rape of the World' tour set to terrorize Orlando, FL, tonight, Manson spoke with Rock Daily about what he has planned this time around. With long time bassist Twiggy Ramirez, Manson promises that fans will “get a little bit of what they may have seen in the past, but turned up to a thousand.” That includes many older songs that Manson has refrained from playing in recent years “because they didn’t sound right” without Twiggy’s assistance. The reacquisition of Ramirez has invigorated Manson, who says, “It’s hard for us when we get together because we’re a real bad mixture of trouble. It’s going to be difficult for people to keep us from tearing our faces off.”

Twiggy may not be the only surprise the fans would be peeking at. As his band’s recent tour with Slayer seems to have reaped some benefits. “I’ve invited Kerry King, who’s become a good friend of mine, to come play on stage with us for a few songs here and there. Hopefully we can not only bring Twiggy back but bring Satan back into one giant evil cocktail that’s one thousand proof.”

Manson also shared about his new film, Phantasmagoria: Visions of Lewis Carroll. While the WGA strike and his current tour have pulled away from the film, Manson predicts shooting will begin in either Prague or Romania in the late spring. “I’m going to be able to make a better film now because I had time to step away from script. I think its going to be a very disturbing film.”

Out of all the musicians you've worked with, is there one in particular who stands out in your mind as being the most fun to play with?

John 5: Um, I would definitely say Zombie has been the best time I've ever had. It is just so great and so fun because you know we all get along so well and you know, it's just like everybody, we're just all friends here and we're just having a really, really, really great time. Writing songs, playing music, it's just a blessing to be around these cool guys just doing this stuff. It's been great, we've been writing songs and watching movies after and you know, playing great songs and the crowds have been going crazy so it's been fun.

PureGrainAudio.com: ...Speaking of Manson, I don't know if you've heard, there was a story recently about him wanting to buy a skeleton of a child or something like that. I just wanted to ask your opinion on it. Often we hear these crazy stories about him and his lifestyle. Is this a lot of media hype or is there substance behind this stuff we hear about?

John 5: Well, that what we're talking about, the skeleton was after my time, but a lot of people wonder, "Oh is it just hype," no, it's real, he's really out of his mind and people don't really want to believe it, but it's the truth, you know, he's really that wild. That's what I loved about him, it was completely real you know, he doesn't go home and take off the make up and watch "Charles In Charge" or something, he is really like that, twenty-four hours a day.

Taking a page from the Van Halen playbook, it was announced yesterday that Marilyn Manson and longtime and collaborator guitarist Twiggy Ramirez would reunite for Manson’s Eat Me, Drink Me tour. Rock Daily talked to Manson hours after the announcement, and he shared the story behind their reunion. Though the two had already re-connected during a chance meeting on the streets of Los Angeles, it was Manson witnessing another reunion that inspired him to invite Twiggy back. “The turning point for me was when I went to see Led Zeppelin’s reunion show, and I saw Jimmy Page and Robert Plant look at each other for a moment, and they probably said, ‘Holy shit, we wrote ‘Stairway To Heaven.'’ I wanted that look again,” Manson explains. “I want to look at Twiggy and go ‘Holy shit, we wrote ‘The Beautiful People.’ I called him and I said ‘Let’s go do this.’” Plus, the duo had some unfinished business. “We started music together because we wanted to bring about the apocalypse, and we realized we didn’t finish,” Manson says. “The world could suffer much more if we were together again, and we really wanted to bring back the suffering.”

With Twiggy back in the fold after departing over creative differences after 2000’s Holy Wood, how would this effect Manson’s “Rape of the World” tour, set to launch in a week? “We’re still gonna play some new songs,” says Manson, “but I think we’re excited to play some stuff that we haven’t done in a long time. I don’t think it ever felt as right without him.”

While Manson is eager to return to working on his film Phantasmagoria: The Visions of Lewis Carroll, he promises that his reunion with Twiggy will eventually result in a new album. “The concept originally of he and I getting back together was ‘Let’s write some music together,’ ” says Manson. “But life’s too short, and this has to happen now because we couldn’t stand not being on stage with each other, and wouldn’t want to wait until we made another record to tour. So this tour will spawn another record, one hundred percent.”

When they seperated some time back just before The Golden Age Of Grotesque hit stores, the whole council was in deep shock. But now that classics are back, we'll not know how magical it's gonna get. I couldn't believe that Tim Skold left either. Considering he was enjoying what he was doing and Manson proclaim being very much into Tim's guitar qualities. This is gonna be so fucking wicked.

Earlier claimed that he was selling his chatsworth mansion. His Chatsworth area of Los Angeles’ San Fernando Valley house was sold for $1,025,000.

In a Big Time Listings exclusive, we can report on Manson’s sale of his house at 10521 Laramie Avenue in Chatsworth. The sale closed on October 3, and the deal was recorded, fittingly enough, on Halloween.

Earlier listing was suppose to be $1,100,000 dated back at October 14. The site earlier claim as that they're puzzled by why Manson sold the house for the amount that he did given that he purchased it in early 2004 for $1,270,000, according to public records. There’s clearly a backstory there; and they're ensure what it is. Was it the changes to the house so outlandish that they actually drove the home’s value down? Or did Manson wildly overpay in 2004? Or is the housing market today bad in Chatsworth?

Built in 1937, Manson’s completely rebuilt, one-story house sits on a 0.55-acre lot and has an oversized living room, a separate office/library, a home theatre room, and hardwood floors, according to public records and listing information. Outside are a pool, a covered cabana and rolling lawns, according to listing information.

Marilyn Manson has struck back against Stephan Bier, also known as Madonna Wayne Gacy by countersuing for breach-of-contract. Manson claims in court papers filed on the 19th of December in Los Angeles that keyboardist Stephen Bier did not carry out obligations to take part in master recordings, concerts and the selling of band merchandise.

The lawsuit claims the pair's business partnership was dissolved in 1996 after the singer became the clear leader of the band. Manson is seeking unspecified general and special damages.

A mini show bombarded downtown Copenhagen for 14 people all slumbed in a small apartment. Three rocking tracks as good as new once again; 'The Beautiful people', 'The Dope Show' and 'Putting Holes In Happiness played track after track. Catch this: it wasn't done unplugged. So Jimmy and gang got the whole crew right in his 3 bedroom apartment.

And according to the Danish media Manson's charisma poped alot during songs and was worried about his Jimmy wasn't gettng enough sex. So he encouraged all the people present to service the winner and renamed the concert "The Preshow To Everyone Giving Jimmy A Blowjob". Which I think is pretty cute.

Manson ended by saying that Jimmy's apartment was his "new favourite venue" and again encouraged people to help the sexually starving man. Typically hand-picked Manson had a slice of menu for the show ordering Evian, Ginger Ale and thin-crust pizzas from Domino's - two with pepperoni and two for vegetarians.

News reported that Marilyn Manson's performance at the Manchester Central in England Thursday night (December 6) was delayed slightly when live bassist Rob Holiday was hit by a bottle thrown from the crowd. Manson dealt with the perpetrator by pointing him out to the angry mob and stating, "I just wanna be sure that you guys know that I did not say, 'Beat the shit out of him.' I said, 'No, whatever you do, don't beat the shit out of that guy that raised his hand. No matter what, don't beat that guy's fucking skull in, no matter what."

The last I knew i caught a glimpse of him was from his snippet role as a bondage-fasinated high school teacher in 'Another Gay Movie'. Headlines were in, that Marilyn Manson would be guest featured on his talk show for the second time. Hence the 2004 appreance during The Golden Age Of Grotesque era. Down and under again Marilyn Manson rocks another sell-out crowd last night at the Wembley Arena. And where do we get that suprise? Never. Because he rocks anywhere and anyhow he goes and that no one can take that away from him.

Not many would recommend skin-tight PVC trousers and a sleeveless t-shirt as a flattering look for a 38-year-old who rarely sees daylight, let alone the inside of a gym. But last night, goth rocker Marilyn Manson proved that he’s still got the goods – treating an almost-full Wembley Arena to a show as flamboyant as his dress sense.

Songs from 2007 album Eat Me, Drink Me were given an airing along with hits like Fight Song and Eurythmics cover Sweet Dreams - and an animatronic effigy of the singer’s barely-legal Hollywood girlfriend Evan Rachel Wood whirred onstage during a rendition of Heart Shaped Glasses.

Other highlights included cannons firing glitter and confetti at the crowd, a podium that rose into the air, and more costume changes than Kylie. At one point, Manson appeared in a red-and-black suit, while the stage was kitted out to evoke a Nazi rally. The singer set fire to a book, and gave jerky, puppet-like salutes to a roaring crowd.

Then there was the giant, Alice In Wonderland chair that he writhed around on, and the newspaper clippings about high school shootings that were projected onto the back screen. Cheap shock tactics? Sure – but Manson’s still got the charisma (and the hook-laden songs) to pull it off.

Marilyn Manson wants his name in the Guinness Book of World Records. Manson wants to wants to break the world record for sharing a bath with snakes. The title currently belongs to ‘Texas Snakeman’ Jackie Bibby who bathed with 87 rattlesnakes for 45 minutes who reportly holds 4 world records.

A reported source close to Manson said,
“Marilyn is desperate to get into the famous book, and wants to do it for something people will associate him with. He thought about all the wacky records he could try and break, and came across Jackie Bibby’s record. That’s when he decided he wanted to try and break it.”

Texas Snakeman has said of the snake bath, “They can go wherever they want as long as they don’t start biting. The key to not biting is for me to stay still. Rapid movement scares a rattlesnake. If you move real slow and gentle, that doesn’t seem to bother them.”

We all know about Pogo actually suing Manson for allegedly squandering indecent sum of band profits on macabre house decoration and personal usages. In which Bier stated that he was promised "partnership proceeds" from the band in 1993, only to see Manson spend large amounts of money on a 'multi-million-dollar home', 'a lavish wedding in Ireland' and 'an engagement ring to Dita von Teese'. In addition, Bier's lawsuit states that Manson also splurged on Nazi memorabilia and taxidermy (including the skeleton of a young Chinese girl)."
But how we not expect the list to expend?

A new complaint filed yesterday in Los Angeles Superior Court by Bier's lawyer, Keith Fink, added more items to the list, including African masks made of human skin, a full skeleton of a 4-year-old Chinese girl that Manson is said to have turned into a chandelier, and another skeleton of a man in a wheelchair which are supposing illegal items in the US.

He allegedly continued his spree with swastika wall tiles and matching custom rugs, a mounted grizzly bear and two mounted baboons. Bier's filing also says Manson arranged for his girlfriend, Evan Rachel Wood, to star in his "Heart Shaped Glasses" video for the "highest salary ever paid to any actress in any music video in history." Which we all can close our eyes to the horrid acting and uninteresting self-carressement.

He also allegedly used funds to pay roadies to move suitcases filled with "Alice in Wonderland" books because he was obsessed with author Lewis Carroll. Which inspired Phantamosgoria and the current Rape of The World Tour.

In which Manson replied to earlier allegation that he will defend himself against the allegations. "I wish there was some sort of legal angle to this whole thing, or some sort of common sense, or just even camaraderie after all the years that we knew each other," he continued. "I don't have an explanation for it. It just seems like another ex-bandmember suing me and trying to assassinate my personality as a means to financial gain, and it just seems old. It's just not fair. If I spent my money on anything, it was my family, and paying his salary for a year when we weren't even touring."

SOULFLY members Max Cavalera (guitar/vocals), Joe Nunez (drums), Marc Rizzo (guitar), and Bobby Burns (bass) entered the studio last month to begin recording the band's sixth studio album.

They are also rumoured to be in studios with producer Logan Mader recording a cover of Marilyn Manson's hit classic "The Beautiful People" for the recently released Kerrang! magazine compilation "Higher Voltage".

More than 8 years after the tragic Columbine High School massacre that occurred. In which Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold embarked on a shooting spree; killing 13 people, as well as wounding 23 others. Which alegedly blamed Marilyn Manson & goth subculture due to the killers outwears that includes mandane 'trenchcoats'.

America opens it's arms for another rampage when a 14-years old suspended student walked into a Cleveland, Ohio school armed with two .38 caliber revolvers. In which two teachers and two students were shot, and that a 14-year-old girl fell and hurt her knee while running out of the school.

Media immediatly underlined Asa H. Coon's outwears again. As you might be woundering why this news was creditted. Asa H. Coon was in a black Marilyn Manson concert shirt, black jeans and black-painted finger nails.

Student Frances Henderson, 14, said she often got into arguments with Coon, who once told her, "I got something for you all." He was a "gothic" who usually wore a trench coat, black boots and a dog collar, she said.

And Coon would mostly get into arguments about judging 'god' over existence with his schoolmates. The 14-year old whom has a natural violent backdrop to his up-bringing shot himself just after he completed the shooting. And typically done, people are already fiding the scapegoats to the shooting. We will just see how this is going to swing about.

Putting Holes in Happiness Review

you might have caught glimpse of the video from the poor yahoo! player. or sneaked into youtube for something theaterical. second single & video from his latest release Eat Me, Drink Me. Putting Holes in Happiness covers a rather gloomy & dark atmosphere. where quick speed forward snipets of the band members (especially new-comer rob holiday) were visible apart from having a dark background with poor light-frames. you still can tell the star of the video.

although previously acclaimed that selected segments of the the video were filmed in Germany during the shooting of the "Heart-Shaped Glasses (When the Heart Guides the Hand)" video. Putting Holes in Happiness still tops the hardcore sex-scene, lolita audience & the fake drive-by. simplicity done, the star is definatly not Rachael Even Woods. we were looking at 2 seperate child if you noticed. the edge-factor heart-shaped cut face with pretty bluish brown eyes actress didn't have to do much. just being embrace by Manson was good enough. i say she has a better cut than Miss Woods.

and do you see Manson naked again? atleast from the back. and despite the catchy guitar solo being cut short; Tim did a partial good job with the guitar, not only playing with it but you can tell from your sense of hearing.

in short; the review is worth watching. of a maximum of 5 times. and just put it away with the player on. the song still steals the clip again. BUT! if you insist on a better video; try this live one.

Towering CDS to infinity. Grocering down the HMV shelves yesterday evening. I managed to catch up a hand-grip on the latest work of art by world-renowned controversial artist; Marilyn Manson. Striking a pose on his main frame; it felt as impossible to believe how different it smells from way back to 'Antichrist Svperstar'.

Considering some of the latest speculations and media feed that surfaced about dropping music in total, divorce settlement to burlesque dancer Dita Von Tesse and another switched in line-up. But nothing would stop this review to put believe that this album is actually isn't as bad in whole.
I actually had my chance poking a few mock at his latest piece. You wouldn't be in denial of how mellow this came across to me. I actually thought it never sounded more mainstream rock than this. If 'The Golden Age of Grotesque' was a flip of a pancake. Eat me; Drink Me slapped across faces to hope-holding beautiful people.

But I have to say; working with the album around time ticking; I had my opportunity considering my favorites (even though I can't believe I'm falling in love with it). Highlighting "Heart-Shaped Glasses" & "If I Was Your Vampire" were the juggernauts of the album. I squeeze in "Just a Car Crash Away", "Putting Holes in Happiness", "They Say Hell's Not Hot" & self-titled track "Eat Me, Drink Me" made their fare share.

Pro-lovey material surrounded this album defiantly. Obviously how life based on his divorce and new girlfriend Rachel Even Wood. But rock never seems to sound harder & beautiful with 'Just a Car Crash Away'. The moment the drums start beating to the fading vocal power. Melancholia just encompasses you like never before. I felt remains of my past love just shot me hole after hole. You can never feel as hollow as you can be to love than to this screaming verses that goes 'I knew that our love was just a car crash away; love was a fire; burns down all that it sees, burns down everything'. And to top putting holes in your heart; it's going to tear your happiness apart.

'Putting Holes in Happiness' sounded as angsty as The Smashing Pumpkins in total, It was striking back now. It was a scenario that enables you to take full battery; stand up to your defense & punish your suppressor. Sing together now come on 'I should have picked the photograph, it lasted longer than you'.

What's hot they yell. I say this next track. 'They Say Hells' Not Hot' catchy chorus and melodic versus to the emotional feel of each word spoke a lot about the title itself. And pop came the work of Tim Skold on guitars (even though I still think John 5 does the better bill). The guitar solo just tears your ear apart. Placing it was very important and I felt the solo can never fit anywhere else comparing to its position now. It settled in just finely.

The album-titled track Eat Me; Drink Me had this feel from the rooted atmosphere of ComaWhite meets Obsequey (the death of art). Like a lullaby that is going to put you in deep sleep in great nightmare. As it chants 'this is only a game; this is only a game; this is only a game'. Kill yourself in small amounts if you're loosing chance to the album. Because the ending is your end. You'd never feel lonely again to another love end.
